Network connectivity (update 2)

The network is back up. The telco made visit and the connectivity was restored shortly afterwards. I'm hoping that connectivity will stay up. I will post another update this afternoon.

    I just ran standard query 42.1 and can't export the report. The page just reloads rather than showing the export window.

  • Hi Don,

    You may need to turn off the browser's pop-up blocker. The report Print and Export features use a pop-up window. Usually this will fix the issue.
